ASCA General Counsel Josh Ferguson will discuss some of the legal issues that arise during the process itself, as well post-M&A exposure for those entities. In addition, Josh will discuss recent trends in employment claims and risk management strategies that impact the industry.

Kathy Cleveland Bull: Taking Charge of Change in Turbulent Times

Kathy is a highly regarded professional speaker, consultant, author, and life coach. Her company, N~Compass Consulting, helps clients on four continents “Navigate the Art and Science of Change.”
During her seminar, Kathy will guide attendees on how to best approach and adapt to change in both work and life. She will outline the roles leaders must play in both business and life, as well as explore the roles everyone plays in their successes and failures and how to generate more positive outcomes.

Scott Augenbaum: The Cybersecure Mindset

A veteran FBI agent with more than two decades of cybercrimes experience, Scott will educate attendees on how to take the initiative in securing their digital assets and avoid becoming victims without expensive products or services and without an advanced degree in computer science. In addition, Scott will guide participants on how to get employees and clients to start thinking about cybercrime prevention and to empower them to change potentially damaging behaviors and actions and better protect themselves.
Scott is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent, author, keynote speaker, and cybercrime prevention trainer. He spent most of his 30-year career handling cybercrime investigations.
In January 2019, Scott released his book “The Secret to Cybersecurity, A Simple Plan to Protect Your Family and Business from Cybercriminals.” It gave him an opportunity to share his thoughts about cybercrime prevention with the world and led to accomplish a major personal goal -- he was interviewed on popular news broadcasting programs and even shared his message on the Dr. Phil Talk Show to Phil's multi-million viewers
